Website purpose
The website presents wellness travel coordination services, supports inquiries and provides a private customer workspace. Published program pages are references until a specific proposal is confirmed.
Account responsibility
Use an email address you control, protect your password and sign out of devices you no longer use. Public registration creates a customer account only and never grants staff or administrator access.
Quotes and changes
A sent quote is versioned and valid only until its stated date. Accepting a quote does not mean payment has been received. Journey details remain subject to the inclusions, exclusions and confirmations shown in that version.
Prohibited use
Do not misuse accounts, attempt to access another customer's information, submit unlawful content or use the website to transmit sensitive records the service does not request.
